Non-Exclusive License Agreement

This Non-Exclusive License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between [Yung Boomer], hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor," and the licensee purchasing the license, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee."

1. Grant of License

1.1 The Licensor grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the beats and instrumentals (the "Content") purchased on Gumroad in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Types of Licenses

2.1 Standard License: The Licensee is granted the right to use the Content for personal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to background music for videos, podcasts, and other multimedia projects.

2.2 Extended License: In addition to the rights granted in the Standard License, the Licensee is permitted to use the Content in multiple projects without the need for additional licensing fees.

3. Limitations

3.1 The Licensee may not: a. Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Content to a third party. b. Use the Content in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation. c. Claim ownership or authorship of the Content.

4. Exclusive Rights

4.1 This Agreement grants a non-exclusive license only. If the Licensee wishes to purchase exclusive rights to the Content, they must contact the Licensor to negotiate the terms and conditions of an exclusive license.

5. Compensation

5.1 In consideration for the license granted under this Agreement, the Licensee shall pay the specified licensing fee as outlined on the Gumroad platform.

6. Acceptance of Terms

6.1 The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that by purchasing the instrumental, they accept and are bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

7. Termination

7.1 This Agreement is effective upon the Licensee's purchase and shall continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Copyright Law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Non-Exclusive License Agreement as of the effective date.
